Fraud & Unauthorized Transactions

Coastal Kenz reserves the right to review, refuse, cancel, or limit any order that we reasonably believe may be fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise suspicious.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information and payment method provided are accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method associated with the purchase.

If an order is disputed or charged back without a valid reason after the customer has received the purchased merchandise or services, Coastal Kenz reserves the right to provide relevant order, payment, shipping, and communication records to the payment processor, financial institution, or other appropriate parties as permitted by law.

We may also restrict future purchases from customers involved in fraudulent or abusive transactions.

Please note: A chargeback or payment dispute does not automatically mean that an order was fraudulent. Coastal Kenz will review disputes and provide supporting documentation when appropriate.
